Location is favourable and lovely.

The hotel provides a great service.

it was well priced, compared to other small hotels. the room was huge and offered hairdryers, complimentary toiletries, and towels, so that guests had essentials. there was a full kitchen, that's a plus. the location was marvellous, close to many different cafes and restaurants and hamilton and river boat and ascot shops and restaurants, in a really quiet area.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They were able to provide recommendations for nearby attractions and were knowledgeable about the local area. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities such as restaurants and shops. It was a great advantage to be able to explore the area easily and have everything we needed within walking distance.

The room we stayed in had some noticeable issues, such as cracked walls and a lack of proper maintenance. The bathroom was also in need of improvement, as there was no exhaust fan and the window was difficult to open.

Very friendly and helpful reception/management. Room was comfortable and quiet despite busy road location. Free airport shuttle.

Insufficient waiting staff in restaurant in the evening - the one waitress was too busy so we left after one course and didn't order the coffee we had planned to. Far too noisy (traffic) outside to enjoy sitting by the pool.

The bed and chair, The staff in the morning were good as I got in late at night and did not see anyone. But staff were happy and friendly.

Our suite at Airport International Motel was fantastic, spacious and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, making our stay even better. The cleanliness of the room was commendable. The motel is conveniently located near great restaurants and a ferry stop, making it easy to explore the city. The helpful and friendly staff added to the enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this motel for a wonderful stay.

We came quite late or (actually early 2-3 am) but had to check ou at 10 am. That was not at all pleasing and there was not given any chance for a negotiation

The staff was outstandingly accommodating and supper friendly, everything was really good. The rooms were tidy and mine was huge with microwave, the shower, good facilities.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, quiet but with plenty of conveniences nearby. The airport was just a short distance away, which made it incredibly convenient for my travels. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. I loved that the hotel offered room service, making it easy to relax and enjoy a meal in the comfort of my room. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi was a nice perk, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay enjoyable.

The area

It was grossly over priced! We had paid $75 for a room with free internet and the same facilities the night before in another town. This room cost us $165, no free internet, and they held another $50 on our credit card "just in case we used their mini bar". How dare they! And the staff were far from friendly.

This venue is conveniently located close to a good pub and the airport, with a peaceful atmosphere and friendly reception staff.

The hotel is situated in a great location for catching an early morning ferry ride on the river or enjoying an evening at Eat street. Many restaurants and cafes are nearby along the water. The room is spacious with a good collection of beverages in the fridge.

The hotel could use some updates in terms of decor and bathroom fixtures.

The Location was good, as we needed to be close the the cuise ship terminal. Also it was handy to get to the ferry and also Airport.

Room that we got was upstairs, and as we had heavy suitcases it was not ideal to get them up these stairs. As they had no escalator to the suites that were geared for more than 2 people.

As older people my husband and I found the comfort of the Hotel was excellent, the room first class and with plenty of room to move about. This was particularly important as we both have mild walking problems. One comment would be that we had difficulty manouvering our suitcases with the steps near the lift when we arrived and departed - however we liked the hotel and enjoyed our stay so much that we will be guests again in the near future. All staff that we met were very friendly, helpful and deserve top marks for this.Thank you for a most enjoyable stay

There wasn't anything we didn't like - as mentioned it is a very very good Hotel from all aspects.
